Public Consultations: ESIA study on the Electricity Transmission Network

The Dominica Geothermal Development Company Limited is conducting an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) study on the electricity transmission network from Laudat to Sugar Loaf.

A series of public consultations have been organized as follows:

1. Fond Colé on Saturday 11^th march 2023 from 3:30 pm at the Fond Colé Community Centre (for residents of Roseau and environs)
2. Mahaut on Saturday 11^th march 2023 from 6:30 pm at the Mahaut Market (for residents of the West Coast)
3. Portsmouth on Tuesday 14^th march 2023 from 6:30 pm at the Central Cooperative Credit Union Hall (for residents of the North)
4. Trafalgar on Wednesday 15^th march 2023 from 6:30 pm at the Trafalgar Resource Centre (for residents of the Roseau Valley)
5. Colihaut on Saturday 18^th march 2023 from 3:30 pm at the La Place Dam (for residents of the West Coast)
6. Joseph on Saturday 18^th march 2023 from 5:30 pm at the Layou Resource Centre
